I worked for the HiRes collaboration under the direction of Prof. Stefan Westerhoff. Unfortunately Columbia has disbanded their HiRes group, most of whom now work on ICECUBE at Madison.

My thesis work was to simulate ultra-high energy photons in the geomagnetic field.
