Link Control Lines

Element	Name	Description
Input	TOKI/O	Token. Allows readout of one data block from this input channel's fifo. The token is then passed to the next input channel.
	ACTI/O	Active flag. Passed with the token. Goes off after data from last link is sent. A new token can be sent to the first link (initiating the readout process) whenever its active flag is off.
	HI/O	Hold flag. Passed from upstream link. Causes data to be stored in the link when it is on
DSP FPGA	holdin/out	Hold Flag.
Output Buffer	HO	Hold Flag. Only output to DSP-5 FPGA.
