Because lower edge of bin in χ2 fit histograms is never exactly 0, need to generate true t0 & vpdl = epsilon for sources with 0-lifetime. Otherwise true data entries show up in bins with vpdl<0, where the prediction is set to be zero.
Also need to have K-factor generation return K=1 (instead of 0) when no K-factor is used.
