Mismatch b/w Fit-Parameter Distrib RMS & <Fit-Error>

If RMS(fit-par-dist) is not equal to <fit-error>, a possible source of the discrepancy is if one of the fixed fit-parameter inputs is not set correctly. For example:

• WRONG: Using True Mixing-Tag & MisTag=0.3 in fit
  ==> RMS(dms)=0.0334 & <dms-error>=0.0555
  
  
• RIGHT: Using True Mixing-Tag & MisTag=0 in fit
  ==> RMS(dms)=0.0308 & <dms-error>=0.0308
