The previous tests sending And-Or Terms from the GAB to the TFW
were done sometime between  27:29-JULY-2005.   My notes from those
tests are:

   Check the And-Or Term cable from the GAB by plugging it into the
   TFW.  It looked OK on the scope, i.e. Strobe is OK, Gap is OK, and
   they are generating an And-Or Term on D15 of the cable which is
   asserted for Tick #7 and looks OK.  The TFW could not lock onto the
   GAB signals.  Look more and their Gap signal is only 16 Ticks long
   instead of the 17 Ticks long Sync Gap signals sent on the SCL.  I
   do not know if the first or last ticks worth of the GAB Gap signal
   is missing.

   Mike worked on the GAB firmware and then its Sync Gap signal looked
   OK.  Tested this by having GAB generate a L1 Term signal that was
   asserted for one tick on each turn.  By hand setup TFW to look at
   this term from GAB and AND it with a Tick Select Term.  Saw the
   correct operation when they were both asserted on the same tick or
   offset by +-1.

For those tests the GAB And-Or Terms were just plugged into a normal
block of 16 TFW And-Or Term inputs.  This was not some special
"alternate path" into the TFW.
