TAB --> L2/L3 Data Transmission
-------------------------------

o G-Link output of TAB tested for a few events
  - Successfully sent 3 events of test data from TAB to an existing
    L1Cal VRB (without requiring an SCL Init between events)
  - This test was limited to only a few events because this mode of
    running (without the VRB channel in the trigger configuration
    file) is not supported.

o Next step
  - create a trigger configuration file so that data can be written to
    tape
