Preparation for the Review

  - multi-ADFs --> multi-TABs: underway
  - optics splitter tests
  - Cal-Track latency
    . latency meas's from Signal Tap verifies electronics simulation
    . will measure latency with scope in next day or so
  - GAB integration
    . timing in
    . data out to L2/L3
  - L1Cal --> SCL
    . L1busy is generated by VRB

o Timing
  - Mike is preparing documentation

o System Scaling
  - doing 3 ADFs to 1 TAB now
  - will do 6 ADFs to 2 TABs

o Parallel Readout
  - see discussion of Nayeem's plots later

  - Online/COOR: Hal will discuss this with Philippe
    . essentially details of messages to COOR

o Installation Plans
  - management will let us know whether they want a dedicated
