o Philippe working on control software
  - main topic COOR parameter specification
    . have a starting point w/ Scott for this

o 3 A fuses at Fermilab on ADF replaced w/ 2 A (per ORC)

o everyone is at Fermilab now



Status from the Test Stand (Mulhearn)
--------------------------

o "Passed" ORC for Test Stand
  . can operate TAB crate unattended
  . need to change fuses on ADFs and make a few other minor fixes for
    the rest

o Working w/ Nevis engineer (Jaro Ban) at Fermilab
  - mainly on intermittant problem that sends data from wrong
    BC to L2/L3 

o Understanding algorithm checking software at Fermilab

o L2/L3 Data format
  - "eta swapping" problem observed in unpacker is now understood
    . numbering convention difference between ADF and TAB
    . will be adjusted in TAB firmware
  - change to format to reflect the way data is stored in TAB chips
  - add 32 0's to TAB L2/L3 data for data alignment in unpacker
    . not clear if this is really needed
  - when these changes are made, the documentation needs to be changed


Discussion of Shutdown Date
---------------------------

o Desirable Items
  - essentially - reduce physics commissioning time as much as
    possible by doing work beforehand
  - More Trigger Towers split off
  - Hot-Tower Finder
  - Do a "long weekend" installation by working day and night
    . need to be *very* sure that everything is ready if we do this
  - need to make sure students/postdocs don't miss out on physics
    analysis 

o Management Issues
  - need guidance from management/the lab about when the decision will
    be made
  - spokes preparing a core physics program for 2006 and beyond
    . need to see how this impacts the trigger program
  - ask spokes to come to next Tuesday meeting and explain their
    vision for the trigger to the group
  - Oddone will (probably) come to D0 to present his views of the
    shutdown date
    . we should make sure to attend
