TCC: Phillipe said the TCC could be moved down to the sidewalk after
the communications crate is installed.  It will control the ADF's,
TAB/GAB, and the Readout Crate.  These three functionalities can be
enabled all at once, or one at a time.

Communication crate installation: Rack rearrangement and crate installation
is delayed until Wednesday because of installation review.  Mike will
check with Lyn to try to push it to be done by Friday so that the latency
measurement can be made on Friday.  Dan and Phillipe will be traveling to
Fermilab on Wednesday.

Installation schedule: There was a short discussion of the L1cal installation
schedule to be presented on Tues (25-Oct) at the Director's Review of
Run2b Installation.  A few questions were raised:
    - how is the BLS de-cabling going to be handled in order to protect the
    cables in the processing?  special jigs? holders?
    - which university people are counted where as resources for the
    installation?

    These questions will be investigated by Darien.

Preparation for latency measurement: Dan will be decreasing the ADF latency
by 17 RF buckets (17*18.8ns = (17/7) ticks).  Mike will use this information
to prepare settings for the TABs.
