Test Area Status 
----------------
o Email report from Mike Mulhearn
  With the cabling done I have come back to work, and installed 3 TABs
  and 1 GAB and started bringing things back to life (I thought it
  best to start with 3 in case the new crate catches on fire or
  something!)  The main result was to reproduce the test using the GAB
  BC10 and/or term to trigger the TAB/GAB readout, which worked
  perfectly.  We have also restarted the TAB/GAB -> L2 tests which
  have detected a few improperly set header/trailer parameters.
  Philippe is preparing the code to setup the ADF for the full scale
  ADF->TAB channel map test. I will install the rest of the TABs on
  tuesday and begin the full-scale system tests!

o New TAB firmware
  Sabine will test this as soon as Mike has done the ADF-to-TAB
  cabling tests

o Unpacked data
  - Todd has noticed that the GAB event size changes even-by-event. This
    is being investigated.
  - Steve Beal has a first version of the Examine ready

o Tevatron status this week (vacuum problems - warming up)
  - expectation is that this will take ~2 weeks
  - this should not accelerate the shutdown (zebra mussels are the
    issue)
    . note: will want current L1Cal connected until the beampipe is
      pulled ("welder" studies)
  - aperture studies will continue - try to improve pbar stacking

o General information
  - another PMG has been requested
    . probably Feb.10
  - spokes would like a final snapshot of project at ADMs
    . probably Feb.3 and/or 10
