1) How to reach Paris from the airport: ======================================= You can reach directly Paris from the Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport where most of you will land by the RER B. You need to take the RER B (blue line, direction St Remy les Chevreuse) up to e.g. Chatelet-Les Halles or Luxembourg, depending on where your hotel is. It will take you about 35 minutes to reach Paris, and it will cost you about 7.5 Euros.We will wait for you at the station Le Guichet on Monday, 12:15, and drive you to Saclay.2) How to reach Saclay from Paris: ================================== Once again, the best is to take the RER B (blue line, direction St Remy les Chevreuse), up to the station Le Guichet. It will cost you about 3.5 Euros, and will last about 30 minutes. There is a train going to Le Guichet every 15 minutes from Paris (please note that ALL THE RER TRAINS WILL NOT REACH LE GUICHET, AND YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE DESTINATION PANNEL). NB: the subway tickets for Paris intra muros are not valid to go to Le Guichet
Do not forget to bring your passport with you. This will be required for entering on our site !!!!
3) Fees, Lunches:
================
The fees for the meeting will be 30 Euros - to be given in cash
only upon arrival - you will get a receipt. They will cover
the three lunches in Saclay and the coffee breaks.
4) Presentations:
