I have updated all of the grades that I have to this point. Also under "Useful Links for the course" I have include the midterm histogram - that is the number of people getting such and such a grade. This histogram reflects the 30 points possible in the course. Many of you are scoring in the mid 20's with some people scoring below 15. This may be due to lack of my not updating who has dropped and moved sections. I will try and update this to reflect these changes soon. You should have a good idea of where you are in the course at this point. These grades were tabulated as 75% was your percentage on the homeworks and 25% for you percent grade on the quiz.

After much unintentional procrastination the updated scores are on the web. They include everything except this week's quiz. Do let me know if there are mistakes. The recitation averages at the extreme right of the page is your percentage in the rectation (out of 100%). This is computed as 75% of the 100% is your HW and the other 25% is the quizes. The next column contains the recitation average. To summarize: Section 22: 61%, Section 25: 76%, and Section 28: 67%. Section 22's and 25's average are close to the recitations test average -- 62.2% and 76.6% respectively through the 2nd test. I'm not sure about Section 28's test average. Since the recitation average and test averages are roughly the same, the grades on the pages below are going to be close to what I turn in.

Also Sunday Night May 5, 7 PM - 9PM in Room 38 is the review session for all three rectionation. See you there!

The final grades have been tabulated and are below in the grade section which includes your lab grade for the semester. The recitation final grade was 75% homework and 25% quizzes. The final grades were calculated for Sections 22 and 28 as 60% recitation and 40% lab with an additional 1.7% for all recitation scores in Section 22 and an additional 1.4% for all recitation scores in Section 28. For Section 25 the weighting was 80% recitation and 20% lab. I went against my word and it was necessary to reduce all recitations scores by 1.5%. With all of this each sections' test averages were the same as the recitation/lab averages.
